Denver Dumb Friends League Benefit
Saturday February 18th is the day to help the Denver Dumb Friends League make life nicer for furry friends looking for a home. Join three local bands for a live show at Blast O Mat. These bands want to share their love and compassion for the animals with no one to love them. Every week we will exhibit new friends at the League that need a home. Check back regularly to view new animals that need homes and meet the animals that by attending you will be helping. Adopt a new feline friend! The Dumb Friends League is offering adoption deals for adult cats. Through Feb. 29, adoption fees are waived for cats 1 year or older. This feline-only adoption special is available at both shelter locations—the Quebec Street shelter in Denver and the Buddy Center in Castle Rock—as well as at the League's adoption center in Northfield Stapleton and on their Pet Care-avan. Each cat's adoption fee includes a spay/neuter surgery, initial vaccinations, microchip ID implant and a free initial office visit with a participating veterinarian.
